HI Carri, The charger is a USB C, at the bottom of the light there would be a rubber plug if you take that out the charging point is there

Hello I brought two of the Lancaster lamp can you tell me should there be two batteries in them as one only has one and it's not charging up the other is fine which is at my parents house thank you .

Hello. We only supply the one battery the light does need, the other compartment would be if you want longer running times etc you can purchase the additional battery on our website. If you need further support, please email [email protected] .
