Can the solar panel be screwed into a wood panel? I.e. not use the stake in the ground.

Yes, this comes with a mount which would allow you to screw it into a wood panel.
Hi got a set of these lights in August some of the bulbs are already gone ? Can you replace them ? And how long should they last ?

The on/off button will be located on the solar panel.
