How is the cable fitted? Is it fitted to the light? Many thanks

The extention cable should be fitted between the light and the solar panel.

I need to get the solar panel 7m away so does that mean I need to buy to extension cables and will that affect how much power the light will hold? Thanks

The extension cable is 5 metres, so yes if you purchase two you will then have enough to reach your spot. There is usually a drop of 10% but this can be counteracted with a good south facing panel.

I only need 2 metres between each light and each panel fitting on a south facing wall how would that work? One extension cable or two.?I understand the extension cable may have plugs and cannot be cut?Steve.

Each light would need an extension cable, each cable has the adaptors to link the cable so we would recommend cutting them.

I first bought the Chester up and down lights then realised the best place for my solar panels where at the back of the house so I purchased the extensions leads (8) of them so I was a bit worried the lights might be losing a bit of power but these lights are superb they are perfect underneath my canopy I would have never thought solar lights could be so good and I would recommend these lights to anyone
