These poles are well-made, well-painted, fit together easily, and are quite sturdy (given the dimensions). We were using these festoon poles around our new decking, and devised our own fixing mechanism inside the decking using brackets, so didn't use the stands provided, which are for mounting in the lawn/flowerbed - though these looked entirely fit for that purpose.

Wouldn't want to pay any more for lighting poles but they are well made, painted well and good maximum height. Packaged very well and delivered quickly. The four pronged base, when in the ground keeps the pole very stable and makes it easy to adjust to keep the pole upright. The height can be altered by taking sections out, each section measures 40cm. I found the maximum height too heigh so reduced them by one section. All in all, a good product and would recommend.
