I have two sets of these lights and I'm extremely happy with them. They sty alight most of the night even when the days are dull. Also another good point is that should you damage the string of lights spares are readily available.

Competent and robust design. No hiccups at all with installing these over my garden shed windows and into the shrubbery. I charged by usb mains adaptor initially as recommended and they have been running OK for three days now in mediocre English sunshine. I installed the control tube in the shed with the cables passing out through a small drilled hole. In a year or so when the battery konks out it is easily replaceable. The instructions are unusually clear, comprehensive and written in natural English. I recommend reading them, men, before you start! It's early days but I have a rare confidence in this product.

Great lights - I have had three sets in the garden for over three years and they work brilliantly every day- summer and winter. One failed recently (after five years I think) so I bought a new set as a replacement . Best quality lights I have seen and the ability to charge from usb is a bonus. Would happily recommend

I purchased some fairy lights for around my gazebo 6 years ago from here and they've just gave up, ordered some new ones again as any others I've bought from other places just haven't lasted. I wouldn't go anywhere else for solar lights if you want them to last more than a summer season
