Excellent service after contacting Solar Centre explaining despite charging my Lumify lights they wouldn't come on.They sent me a guide how to check and identified it was the solar panel that was faulty.They agreed to send me a replacement panel under the 1 year guarantee and I received it within 2 days. Replacement panel works great. Nice to know that I didn't have to buy the whole lot to get the lights working again. As a suggestion; you might want to add "fragile" to packaging... the delivery person posted the panel through our letter box, fortunately onto soft flooring.

We love the Lumify Solar lights, they last well even on dull winters days, and the option to USB charge them is useful as an emergency measure. When the solar panel stopped turning the lights off it was great to know we could get spares rather than chucking the whole lot in the WEEE. Great product, great service from Solar Centre and just good to be able to get spares.
