Hi, I aim to install the panel on a flat garage roof, which seems to be made of standard felt and bitumen. I read that screwing in to this material can cause leaks as it punches a layer of sealed tar. Can you suggest a suitable adhesive to hold the brackets in place?

The best solution for securing the panel would be to screw it in place and then add a silicone sealant on top of the screws. Alternatively, you can use No More Nails or Gorilla Glue.
