The only way you could do this would be to cover the panel to trick it into thinking night has arrived early. This will have a knock on effect on the amount of charge picked up during the day so you'd see a reduced runtime.
The cable on the Bling string Solar Fair lights is a very dark green designed to blend in with foliage.
The switch is a push style with rubbery mound.

I'm really pleased with these: they're very easy to set up and store energy well. Colour very gentle. Definitely recommend them.

I love these lights and get great pleasure from seeing them light up each evening. They look great and were super simple to set up. Work well even in less than sunny Northumberland.

This is my 3rd purchase of the being string solar lights as they are so fab.....I've had numerous cheapie before from elsewhere but they never lasted. These ones are fab and work whatever the weather. As others have said. They work straight from the box. You won't be disappointed.

Bought my first set last December & didn't use them until a couple of weeks ago when we set them up around a marquee for a village event. They looked wonderful and we were so pleased I've just bought another two. No problems setting up or charging. Now I've put a string around my small garden on Dartmoor and they look absolutely magical. Like Tania, I love them!
