Please try the recharge procedure of turning it off for a few days to build up the charge in the battery. Like with all rechargeable batteries the efficiency is likely to drop after 3-5 years depending on usage. We offer a full 12 month warranty should you have any problems within this time please contact us. The battery can not be replaceable on this product

Bought these for our garden as old ones no longer worked , must say these worked on second night of putting them up brilliant solar lights I am just about to order two more sets great products at reasonable prices and they do work !!!.

An excellent set of lights that look great.. Easy to set up , bother at all. Very good quality, I can recommend wholeheartedly, if you buy them you won't be disappointed..

Have not yet put them up as the battery was completely flat on arrival and could not try them. The solar panel has been out in the sun this week and they now work well. They appear to be very good quality and should look very well on my patio.

I bought 2 sets of these lights, unfortunately one set did not work but a replacement panel was sent without question and both sets are now working brilliantly.

This is my second purchase ! bought first set in November and was dubious that they would work all winter round, but they certainly did, obviously not for as long as they do in the summer light hours, but very impressed. Just bought my second set as so pleased with them, and excellent price too...
