The Kodiak Solar PIR Post Light is perfect for marking steps, paths, boundaries and boarders. Unlike the rest of the Kodiak range, which light up at dusk and turn off at dawn, the Kodiak PIR Solar Post Light is motion activated.
The Kodiak Solar PIR Post Light offers two lighting modes, Standard and Powersaving. In Standard mode the post produces a constant soft glow after dark.
As soon as motion is detected the light output increases to full brightness until 15 seconds after motion stops.
In Powersaving mode the light stays off all the time until motion is detected where the light will illuminate to full brightness until 15 seconds after motion stops.

We have got these in the small post lights but I must say these are lovely pir post lights and I am thinking of buying more.

delivery was spot on and no damage, the PIR works very well if its placed where you want the light to work, the solar panel soaks the sun up and comes on at dusk, i have it on the S which works great, i watched the video so knew what to do to turn it on, great light try it :-)

I've had this item for about a week now and it seems to work well. I have it , temporarily, on the spike but it will eventually be screwed down on top of a low wall to illuminate garden steps.. The PIR works well. I would have liked the light to be a little brighter, but it is good enough and I will probably buy some more as the garden develops. Very easy easy to set up. I watched the video before buying and could see that it would be very straightforward to use, so that was extremely useful.

I bought two SIR post lights for my garden, so impressed I bought two more and then three more. They work very well and are exactly what I needed. One of the last batch was delivered faulty (completely dead). I was asked to try a couple of things and, when that didn't work, it was replaced straight away. So I have seven lights that are doing exactly the job I bought them for and they look smart too.
