Hi Stephen, Yes the legs can be unscrewed in half and the head come off too
HI Gary, The light does have a switch if you wish to turn it off manually
Yes, you can just select one colour, it will not cycle.

This light is amazing and looks fantastic on my patio, so good in fact, that I bought a second one for elsewhere in the garden. Gives out great light and is a stylish addition to both patio areas. Another fantastic product from the Solar Centre.
