When setting up the garden for other Christmas lights we decided to charge our solar spheres which hadn't been used since summer. One of them had leaked water so didn't work.... I contacted the solar centre who organised a replacement very quickly......given that it was the Christmas period......i wasnt expecting this... Thanks.

The shape light I ordered did not work no matter how long I charged it for, I contacted support and straight away Ella and Nicole sent out a new base and it now works perfect, I love the colours and it's a great addition to my other solar lights, thank you.

I bout a few shape lights in various sizes & shapes to add some vibe to my garden now that the nights are drawing in. Unfortunately one of the bases was faulty so I contacted the solar centre to query the problem. Nicole was really helpful and organised a replacement. Now all are working and I love them. Great customer service. Many thanks.

I had bought a solar shapelight as a gift. However it was faulty. I contacted customer services and they responded quickly and sent out a replacement base. I haven't received feedback from my friend yet as she is away. But I'm hoping it is working now. Very helpful advice and friendly service.
