When setting up the garden for other Christmas lights we decided to charge our solar spheres which hadn't been used since summer. One of them had leaked water so didn't work.... I contacted the solar centre who organised a replacement very quickly......given that it was the Christmas period......i wasnt expecting this... Thanks.

The shape light I ordered did not work no matter how long I charged it for, I contacted support and straight away Ella and Nicole sent out a new base and it now works perfect, I love the colours and it's a great addition to my other solar lights, thank you.

I bout a few shape lights in various sizes & shapes to add some vibe to my garden now that the nights are drawing in. Unfortunately one of the bases was faulty so I contacted the solar centre to query the problem. Nicole was really helpful and organised a replacement. Now all are working and I love them. Called Customer Service who were really helpful and dispatched a new base unit immediately. Received within 48 hours and light now works perfectly. Thanks for an excellent service! Original Sphere light seemed to have a fault; contacted customer service, they gave us clear advice which we followed; didn't solve the issue completely so they sent a new base, no quibbles & no hassle. The new base is working brilliantly and we are so pleased with the purchases. These are beautiful lights, great warm glow in the garden.
