Hello, Please leave it off for 3 - 5 days and leave it in a sunny spot and then after that time please turn them on.
I am sorry, I am unsure what you mean, in the video Zoe unpacks all the pebble at 2:30. Please can you give further feedback to [email protected] so we can understand this comment further.
During the winter months, the sun is pretty low and we don't get much of it so if the lights are not on a south-facing wall they would take a little longer to charge. Could I ask if you can help with a little troubleshooting please, if you can switch the light off for 3 to 5 days let the panel gather a charge in the sun and they should work when you turn them back on may just need a boost. Please let me know how you get on.

Great item but I ordered as a gift for my husband ad it arrived with exactly what the item is on the box it somewhat spoilt the surprise!

I purchased 3 pebbles over 2 years ago and 2 of them are still going strong (had to replace one but that was my fault for placing it on a patio and the water had nowhere to drain). They come on every night at dusk and last through to the early hours. The colours are amazing and these are the best solar lights ever. Well worth the money

These were delivered to Ireland with no problems whatsoever!! They are absolutely fabulous and the colours and functionality are amazing!! I think I'm gonna have to order some more solar lights from this company!! Love them

I love the pebbles, I bought 3, colours are gorgeous, I just wish that they would stay lit for longer!
