Please can I ask whether you have tried leaving the lights switched off for 3-5 days? I would recommend 5 if the weather is particularly overcast. Our lights can come partially charged and might work straight away, whereas others need a boost. If after this time the light still has not come on I would recommend you check where the light is placed and to make sure that there is no heavy shading on the panel or anything obstructing the panel from receiving a full charge. Please also check that there is no outside light (from a neighbours house/your own property) that is getting onto the light in the evening and causing it to believe it is daytime. To test this please do cover the panel with something dark, if the light does come on please test the light elsewhere away from the light source.
Hi Paul, The panel is based on the top of the ligh head it is all built in and there are no leads

The Shrewsbury wall lights are great. Have a number of them around my property, some of which have been there a few years now. Great buy and long lasting. Also has different light settings and timer also. Very pleased with the lights. 10 out of 10.

Great looking solar light, and impressed by just how bright it is - out of the box. Now hoping that UK winter weather provides enough sunlight to maintain that level of brightness

Excellent light, great illumination can't fault it, bought to replace mains light, it outshines that easily. Ordered 3pm, arrived next day 1pm without paying express delivery. Used Solar Centre before excellent and reliable company.

I bought 4 of these to put under the glass veranda. Stylish nice light Very pleased with them Most important easy to fit as screw template enclosed you can't go wrong We used blue tack on the back of the template before drilling. Great
