hi, what type of battery does it use? Also what is the size of the solar panel on the top? thanks

The top is 90 mm in width. The battery is not replaceable in the Trueflame as it is wired in.

Please can you advise where can I buy new batteries? we have four of these lights from a few years ago and none of them are working.

A good product and very pretty at night from a distance. Rely totally on sunshine to charge so don't light for long in the winter. I also bought the larger ones which are rechargeable but these have been more reliable.
