Bought this kit last year as I was converting my shed into a gym and it has been brilliant. It was easy to install and looks smart. I had to buy a separate battery as it was sold out from this website at the time, you do not need a controller for this particular kit. the two bulbs provide a generous amount of light and is a perfect solution to lighting a shed that has no electricity supply. I would definitely recommend!

Brilliant light kit. Very bright. I got a friend to install and he said was fine to I stall. Very pleased with the lights I have used mine in a 12x12 stable with 12x6 tack room with no electricity supply. Been looking for solar lights for a while and these are perfect and decent price for the brightness. I have tried other cheaper solar panels but they just don't give off enough light. Very impressed. So much so I have ordered another set for my other stable block.

Does what it says on the tin. The two lights are very bright and more than sufficient to illuminate a 12' x 10' gazebo, or "shack" as we call it. Sadly there was not enough wire to complete the job, which apparently is not uncommon, and a couple of extra metres were needed. The main concern was having to buy a higher spec battery costing over £100 more, as the recommended size was out of stock, with no guarantee of the waiting time!

just fitted the system, easy to follow but found the power cable a bit thin and not easy to strip the insulation off, also the inline fuse holders were abit of a struggle, with not having the best eyesight the tiny screws were a challenge

I had no problems setting up this kit. There were no written instructions supplied but the Solar centre sent me an email with instructions which i downloaded..no problem. I would agree with a previous reviewer that the fittings for the Solar panel itself could be more robust..but it works (hasn't been tested in gale force winds yet but it will probably and hopefully remain secure) The two bulbs provide plenty of light for my 10x8ft summerhouse. This is an excellent business to deal with and I therefore highly recommend them and their products.

We have finally got around to putting our solar lights up. It only took my husband and son less then an hour to set it up. It provides enough light for our 10x12 shed and we are very pleased with the kit. Shall buy from Solarcentre again and recommend to family and friends.
