Hello, Yes, the batteries are replaceable.
Please can I ask whether you have tried leaving the lights switched off for 3-5 days? I would recommend 5 if the weather is particularly overcast. Our lights can come partially charged and might work straight away, whereas others need a boost. If after this time the light still has not come on I would recommend you check where the light is placed and to make sure that there is no heavy shading on the panel or anything obstructing the panel from receiving a full charge.
Hi Duncan, Unfortunately, the Elan Festoon bulbs are not replaceable.

Excellent lights Have been using this company for years now. After struggling to find high quality solar lights that last, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else now. I wouldn't have to have replaced any really if it wasn't for kids and footballs!!!

Purchased these lights to go around the new decking area I have built, they look good and stay on for hours, they are not super bright they just add a nice glow to the background which make the decking look really nice.

Hi really pleased with my purchase last year as they look really colour full when they come on and look good along a fence in the garden. Sadly I had a problem with them as they stopped working and I sent an email to customer service and Nicola sent me a new set straight away with out any fuss or problem. I have received the replacement and as before they look wonderful. Thankyou for sorting out the problem so quickly and a big Thankyou to Nicola. So nice to deal with a company who have a Good Customer Service.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience! I purchased the Elan Solar Festoon Lights (20 LEDs) in November 2024, and while I loved them, I noticed a few bulbs stopped working in January. Since the product came with a one-year warranty, I reached out to their customer service and I was beyond impressed! They responded quickly, apologized for the issue and without hesitation, sent me a brand-new set. The replacement arrived promptly, and I couldn't be happier with their efficient and professional service. Love these lights. Unfortunately they. stopped working after a few months. When I contacted the Solar Centre a replacement was sent out straight away. A lovely addition to any garden.
